Als Business Risk Manager HR ben jij de trusted advisor die het HR-managementteam adviseert en uitdaagt bij het identificeren, beheersen en monitoren van risico's binnen het HR-domein. Je speelt een sleutelrol in het verder professionaliseren van People Risk Management, de samenwerking met de tweede lijn en het versterken van de risk & control cultuur binnen HR. Zo draag je bij aan een toekomstbestendige organisatie waarin zowel People Risks als operationele HR-risico's aantoonbaar in control zijn. Je ontwikkelt en versterkt het People Risk Control framework, bent de verbindende schakel tussen HR en de tweede lijn en ondersteunt teams bij het verder professionaliseren van operationeel risicomanagement. Daarbij ligt de verantwoordelijkheid voor risico's, beheersmaatregelen en adviesaanvragen nadrukkelijk bij de teams en beleids- en proceseigenaren. Je werkt op het snijvlak van HR, governance en risicomanagement en hebt direct invloed op besluitvorming binnen de organisatie. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Je coördineert het People Risk Management binnen de organisatie. Dat betekent dat je rapporteert over People Risk Management binnen de bank en de aanjager bent voor het definiëren van concrete verbeteracties - Je ontwikkelt en beheert de People Risk Standard. - Je faciliteert risicoassessments en ondersteunt bij het opstellen van de Risk Appetite Statement (RAS), Key Risk Indicators (KRI's) en risicorapportages. - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de tweede lijn, waaronder NFRM, Compliance en Internal Audit.
