Ihre Aufgaben

* Gesamtverantwortung für die Business Unit MUT - Fahrzeugbau für Spezialaufbauten für die Abfallsammlung und Straßenreinigung (von Engineering, Einkauf, Produktion bis zu Sales und After Sales)

* Effiziente Steuerung aller Geschäftsprozesse innerhalb der Business Unit sowie laufende Optimierung der Abläufe

* Sicherstellung von Qualität, Kosten und Terminen

* Laufende Weiterentwicklung der Organisation, Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter_innen und Aufbau einer leistungsorientierten Arbeitskultur

* Sicherstellung einer hohen Kund_innenzufriedenheit und Servicequalität inkl. Pflege und Ausbau von Kund_innenbeziehungen

* Führung und Unterstützung bei Vertragsverhandlungen und Angebotsstrategien

* Erreichen von Umsatz-, Gewinn- Produktions- und Wachstumszielen inkl. Gesamtverantwortung für GuV, Kosten und Working Capital Management

Ihre Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Betriebswirtschaft mit technischem Grundberuf

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in ähnlicher Führungsfunktion idealerweise in der Industrie oder Automotive-Bereich

* Fähigkeit, komplexe Herausforderungen schnell zu analysieren und effektive, nachhaltige Lösungen zu entwickeln

* Strategisches und Unternehmerisches Denken

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit

* Kommunikationssicher in Deutsch und Englisch
