The posting

  • Je analyseert klantaanvragen, technische tekeningen en ontwerpen en beoordeelt deze op technische haalbaarheid.
  • Je vertaalt het gewenste ontwerp naar een concreet productieproces en bepaalt welke bewerkingen, machines, materialen en gereedschappen nodig zijn.
  • Je maakt en optimaliseert CAD/CAM-programma's voor de CNC-machines.
  • Je bereidt de productie technisch voor en bepaalt onder meer opspanningen, bewerkingsvolgordes, snijparameters en gereedschappen.
  • Je werkt waar nodig tekeningen of ontwerpen verder uit zodat deze correct geproduceerd kunnen worden.
  • Je ondersteunt bij het instellen, testen en opstarten van CNC-machines en stuurt programma's bij wanneer nodig.
  • Je denkt actief mee over de meest efficiënte productiemethode, met aandacht voor kwaliteit, materiaalgebruik en doorlooptijd.
  • Je volgt de eerste productie van nieuwe of complexere onderdelen mee op en controleert of deze beantwoorden aan de technische specificaties.
  • Je voert maat- en kwaliteitscontroles uit en stuurt programma's of productiemethodes bij waar nodig.
  • Je verwerkt de nodige technische en administratieve gegevens correct in het systeem en stemt af met collega's in de werkplaats.
  • Je hebt een sterke technische achtergrond en ervaring met CAD/CAM, CNC-programmering of verspanende bewerkingen.
  • Je kan technische tekeningen vlot lezen en interpreteren en deze vertalen naar een praktisch uitvoerbaar productieproces.
  • Je hebt kennis van frezen en/of draaien; ervaring met 5-assige bewerkingen is een sterke troef.
  • Ervaring met Fusion 360 is een plus. Kennis van Inventor, AutoCAD, EnRoute of Xilog Maestro is eveneens interessant.
  • Je denkt technisch en oplossingsgericht en vindt het interessant om te bepalen hoe een ontwerp het best gemaakt kan worden.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor maatvoering, toleranties, kwaliteit en maakbaarheid.
  • Je bent voldoende hands-on om programma's ook in de praktijk te testen en bij te sturen aan de machine.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kan je ook behelpen in het Engels.
  • Ervaring met SAP en kennis van technische kunststoffen zijn pluspunten, maar geen vereiste.
