Je werkt ramingen en begrotingen uit op verschillende niveaus en verdiept je in de technische en financiële uitgangspunten van een project. Daarbij voer je risicoanalyses uit en beoordeel je de gevolgen van ontwerpkeuzes, bouwmethodieken en uitvoeringsstrategieën. Je denkt actief mee over alternatieven en zoekt naar oplossingen die technisch haalbaar én financieel verantwoord zijn. Binnen het projectteam werk je nauw samen met projectvoorbereiding, engineering en projectleiding. Je levert financiële input voor tenders, bouwteamtrajecten en gebiedsontwikkelingen en bent een inhoudelijke gesprekspartner bij belangrijke keuzes in het ontwerp en de voorbereiding. Door jouw inzicht maak je zichtbaar waar kansen liggen, waar risico's ontstaan en welke keuzes bijdragen aan een haalbaar en succesvol project. Naast je werkzaamheden binnen projecten denk je mee over de verdere ontwikkeling van het calculatieproces. Je draagt bij aan standaardisering, digitalisering en het verbeteren van methodieken en hulpmiddelen waarmee begrotingen efficiënter en nauwkeuriger kunnen worden opgesteld. Daarmee lever je niet alleen een bijdrage aan individuele projecten, maar ook aan de ontwikkeling van de organisatie. Deze functie past bij iemand die analytisch sterk is, bouwkundige kennis combineert met financieel inzicht en graag aan de voorkant van projecten werkt. Met jouw berekeningen, analyses en advies leg je de financiële basis voor projecten die uiteindelijk technisch, organisatorisch en financieel succesvol gerealiseerd kunnen worden.
