Je werkt aan uiteenlopende projecten zoals bedrijfsgebouwen, distributiecentra, productiehallen, utiliteitsbouw, petrochemische installaties en silobatterijen. Daarbij analyseer je projecten zowel op technisch als administratief vlak en vertaal je deze naar een sluitende kostprijsberekening.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Analyseren van staalbouw‑ en bouwprojecten (plannen, lastenboeken, uitvoeringsmethodes)
  • Opstellen en uitsturen van prijsaanvragen naar leveranciers en onderaannemers
  • Vergelijken en evalueren van ontvangen offertes
  • Berekenen van materiaal‑, productie‑ en montagekosten voor staalconstructies
  • Opmaken van een gedetailleerde kostprijsberekening en werkbegroting
  • Opstellen van duidelijke en correcte offertes voor klanten
  • Overleggen met projectleiders, engineering en aankoop om tot de beste projectaanpak te komen
  • Meedenken over technische optimalisaties en alternatieve oplossingen
  • Rapporteren aan de verantwoordelijke calculatie en samenwerken binnen een ervaren team
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Bouwkunde
  • Bij voorkeur heb je 3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie binnen de (staal)bouwsector
  • Ervaring met Tekla
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en hebt een sterk cijfermatig inzicht
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office, ervaring met calculatiesoftware is een pluspunt
