Calculator Infra Infra Cruquius Ben jij de analytische denker die de puzzel compleet maakt? Waar anderen focussen op de uitvoering, bepaal jij vroeg in het proces de koers. Als kostprijsdeskundige / calculator Infra werk je aan (multidisciplinaire) infraprojecten van wegen en kunstwerken tot K&L en gebiedsontwikkeling en leg je met scherpe ramingen en heldere analyses de basis voor winnende aanbiedingen. Je werkt primair vanuit kantoor (hybride mogelijk): ideaal als je wél impact op projecten wilt maken, maar niet (meer) buiten wilt werken. Dit wordt jouw baan In jouw rol als kostprijsdeskundige/ calculator infra ben je dé specialist die zorgt dat onze projecten goed doorgerekend worden, van eerste inschatting tot en met definitieve aanbieding. Je bent niet alleen betrokken bij tenders, maar neemt ook eigenaarschap over zelfstandige aanbiedingen waarbij je het hele traject in de lead bent: afstemming met projectleiders en uitvoerders, uitvragen van contractscans, verzorgen van de kostprijsberekening én de eindbespreking vóór het indienen van de aanbiedingsdocumenten. Wat ga je doen? - Je vertaalt bestekken, tekeningen en Nota's van Inlichtingen naar betrouwbare hoeveelheden en kostprijselementen. Jij ziet exact wat er moet en wat het kost; - Je stelt raming en inschrijfbegroting op, inclusief scenario- en gevoeligheidsanalyses voor prijs, planning en risico, zodat beslissingen gestoeld zijn op feiten en je goed onderbouwde keuzes maakt; - Je vraagt offertes uit bij leveranciers en onderaannemers, maakt prijsspiegels en onderbouwt jouw keuzes, jouw analyses zorgen voor scherpe en realistische inschrijfbegrotingen; - Je levert inhoudelijke input voor EMVI/plan van aanpak, zoals kostenonderbouwing, optimalisaties en duurzaamheids- en uitvoeringsscenario's, zo maak je onze aanbiedingen niet alleen kostenefficiënt, maar ook kwalitatief sterk; - Je signaleert kansen en risico's, borgt aannames en werkt deze uit in het kansen-...
