Functie inhoud Als calculator nieuwbouw speel je een sleutelrol in het voortraject van projecten. Het belangrijkste in deze rol is dat je tekeningen en projectinformatie analyseert, kansen en risico's in kaart brengt en plannen vertaalt naar betrouwbare kostprijsberekeningen. De centrale uitdaging zit in het verder kijken dan de cijfers alleen: je denkt actief mee over bouwmethodieken, optimalisaties en alternatieven die een project slimmer, haalbaarder en succesvoller maken. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende bouwprojecten en werkt daarbij nauw samen met ontwikkelaars, projectleiders, werkvoorbereiders en andere bouwprofessionals. Uniek aan deze rol is het moment waarop je invloed hebt: niet achteraf, maar juist vroeg in het traject, wanneer jouw inzichten nog daadwerkelijk richting kunnen geven aan een project. Functie eisen - Mbo- of hbo-opleiding in Bouwkunde of vergelijkbaar; - Enkele jaren ervaring als calculator, kostendeskundige, werkvoorbereider of in een vergelijkbare functie; - Affiniteit met bouwkosten, BIM en het werken met 3D-modellen; - Een kritische blik waarmee je kansen en risico's tijdig signaleert; - Ambitie om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen het vakgebied, met de wens om verantwoordelijkheid ...
