Heb jij een sterke combinatie van technisch inzicht en cijfermatig talent, en wil je bijdragen aan grootschalige infrastructuurprojecten? Als Calculator Wegen- & Rioleringswerken regio Gent ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van nauwkeurige kostprijsberekeningen voor projecten in klasse 8 / PPS-context. Je werkt zelfstandig binnen het calculatieteam en levert de fundamenten voor succesvolle aanbestedingen en uitvoering.

De functie inhoud Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit als Calculator Wegen- & Rioleringswerken?

  • Je bestudeert plannen, meetstaten, bestekken en technische dossierdocumenten om een volledige kostprijsberekening op te bouwen.
  • Je vraagt offertes op bij leveranciers en onderaannemers en vergelijkt verschillende opties qua prijs, kwaliteit en levertijd.
  • Je analyseert en interpreteert bouwtechnische details (grondwerken, riolering, verhardingen, beton, afwatering, etc.).
  • Je verwerkt je calculaties in het interne systeem en stelt offertes op.
  • Je werkt samen met projectleiders, werfleiders en ondersteunende diensten om alle gegevens te verfijnen.
  • Je toetst de haalbaarheid van projecten en waakt over rendabiliteit en risico’s.
  • Je volgt wijzigingen, meerwerken en verrekeningen op en verwerkt deze in je berekeningen.

Onze klant Je komt terecht bij een toonaangevende aannemer / infrastructureel bedrijf klasse 8 dat actief is in wegen- en rioleringswerken over Vlaanderen. De organisatie werkt aan grote en complexe projecten en biedt je de kans om je technisch en commercieel te ontplooien in een stabiele omgeving. Je werkt in een team met collega-calculators, projectleiders en werfleiders waar samenwerking en kwaliteitsdenken centraal staan. Wat breng jij mee als Calculator Wegen- & Rioleringswerken?

  • Je beschikt minstens over een professional bachelor bouwkunde, bij voorkeur een master of ingenieursopleiding.
  • Je hebt ervaring met infra-projecten, bij voorkeur met klasse 8-projecten of PPS-werken.
  • Je bent technisch sterk, hebt kennis van riolerings- en verhardingssystemen en kan complexe details doorgronden.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en zelfstandig, met oog voor cijfers en detail.
  • Je bent communicatief, kan samenwerken met verschillende disciplines en durft discussie voeren over calculaties.
  • Kennis van software- en calculatietools is een troef.
  • Je beheerst vlot het Nederlands — schriftelijk en mondeling — als taal van communicatie binnen dossiers en calculaties.
