Jij leidt een gespecialiseerd (virtueel) team en zorgt dat referentiedata betrouwbaar, eenduidig en breed toepasbaar is als fundament voor een datagedreven organisatie. Wat ga je doen? Als Capability Lead Reference Data Management bij ASN Bank ben jij zowel inhoudelijk expert als leider van je eigen (virtuele) capability team. Je geeft sturing aan wat er inhoudelijk gebeurt binnen het team, bewaakt met jouw beleid en processen de kwaliteit en verdere ontwikkeling van onze referentiedataserver en zorgt dat jouw expertise aansluit op de bredere data organisatie. Binnen ons data domein werken meerdere capability leads samen waarin je elkaar versterkt. Jij pakt de lead op Reference Data Management en draagt zo direct bij aan betrouwbare en consistente data door de hele organisatie van ASN Bank. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn: - Je geeft inhoudelijke sturing aan de capability Reference Data Management, bepaalt de prioriteiten en bewaakt de voortgang - zonder HR-verantwoordelijkheid, maar met duidelijke regie op wat het team oppakt en oplevert. - Je ontwikkelt en beheert de roadmap voor reference data management, afgestemd op de strategische doelen van ASN Bank en in nauwe samenwerking met de andere capability leads. - Je borgt de kwaliteit, consistentie en eenduidigheid van referentiedata en zorgt voor gedragen standaarden die breed toegepast worden binnen de organisatie. - Je werkt samen met data engineers, data analisten en business stakeholders om referentiedata te vertalen naar werkbare en toekomstbestendige oplossingen, waarbij jij het inhoudelijke voortouw neemt. ...
