Casemanager verzuim Als Casemanager verzuim ben jij de inhoudelijk expert op het gebied van verzuim en inzetbaarheid. Je adviseert gevraagd en ongevraagd onze managers en draagt direct bij aan een gezond en veilig werkklimaat voor de (zorg)collega's van Korian. Je hebt diepgaande kennis van de Wet verbetering poortwachter en weet dit moeiteloos toe te passen. Je maakt onderdeel uit van het team M&O Advies & Casemanagement en werkt nauw samen met je Casemanager verzuim collega. Samen verdelen jullie de regio's en zijn jullie het vaste aanspreekpunt voor de locaties binnen jullie eigen regio. Je bent daarom regelmatig op onze zorglocaties te vinden en vindt het geen probleem om hiervoor de auto in te stappen.
