Casemanager Verzuim Voor een goede klant ben ik op zoek naar een Casemanager Verzuim in taakdelegatie voor 24 uur per week . In deze functie begeleid je werkgevers en medewerkers gedurende het volledige verzuim- en re-integratieproces. Je houdt overzicht over lopende dossiers, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt ervoor dat alle stappen volgens de Wet verbetering poortwachter worden uitgevoerd. Je werkt nauw samen met de bedrijfsarts en ondersteunt bij de begeleiding van medewerkers die tijdelijk of gedeeltelijk zijn uitgevallen. Daarbij combineer je dossierregie met persoonlijk contact en een duidelijke adviesrol richting werkgevers. Wat ga je doen? - Begeleiden van korte en langdurige verzuimtrajecten; - Onderhouden van contact met medewerkers, leidinggevenden en werkgevers; - Bewaken van dossiers, termijnen en acties binnen de Wet verbetering poortwachter; - Adviseren over verzuim, re-integratie en inzetbaarheid; - Werken in taakdelegatie onder verantwoordelijkheid van de bedrijfsarts; - Signaleren van knelpunten en meedenken over preventie en duurzame inzetbaarheid; - Zorgdragen voor een correcte administratieve vastlegging in het verzuimsysteem. Wat neem je mee? Je hebt hbo werk- en denkniveau en beschikt over relevante ervaring binnen verzuim of casemanagement. Een opleiding zoals CROV, RCCM of vergelijkbaar is een sterke pré. Daarnaast: - Heb je bij voorkeur 1 tot 3 jaar relevante werkervaring; - Ben je bekend met verzuimwetgeving en sociale zekerheid; - Kun je goed schakelen tussen verschillende werkgevers en medewerkers; - Communiceer je duidelijk en weet je ook in complexere situaties overzicht te houden; - Ben je zelfstandig, zorgvuldig en sterk in het opbouwen van relaties.
