Neem jij verantwoordelijkheid, denk je actief mee en zet je net dat stapje extra? Wil je werken in een hecht team bij een organisatie waar ruimte is voor persoonlijke en professionele groei? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Wat ga je doen Als casemanager verzuim begeleid je zieke werknemers richting duurzaam herstel en adviseer je werkgevers en werknemers over ziekteverzuim, re-integratie en relevante wet- en regelgeving. Je bent de spin in het web binnen een multidisciplinair team en werkt nauw samen met bedrijfsartsen en taak gedelegeerden. Je bewaakt het proces zodat alle betrokkenen de juiste stappen volgen volgens de Wet verbetering poortwachter. Daarnaast: - Ben je inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt voor collega's; - Deel je kennis en draag je bij aan de begeleiding van junior collega's; - Adviseer je gevraagd én ongevraagd over verbeteringen in verzuim- en re-integratieprocessen; - Lever je een actieve bijdrage aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het team en de organisatie. Wie ben jij Je bent een proactieve, betrokken professional die het overzicht bewaart en mensen in beweging kan krijgen. Daarnaast heb je: - HBO werk- en denkniveau; - Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring op het gebied van verzuimbegeleiding; - Accuraat inzicht in processen, en goede plannings- en organisatievaardigheden; - Een sociaal en betrokken karakter, met oog voor samenwerking; - Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift; - De motivatie om kennis te delen en collega's te ondersteunen.
