Ben jij een ervaren Verzuimbegeleider (alias Casemanager Verzuim) of HR-professioneel die klaar is om verder te groeien? Als Inzetbaarheidsadviseur (IZA) bij Arbo Concern ga je verder dan de standaard rol! Je treedt buiten de hokjes en krijgt de ruimte om écht impact te maken op de re-integratie van medewerkers. Samen met werkgevers, werknemers en de bedrijfsarts ben jij de verbindende schakel die het verzuimproces soepel en effectief maakt. Geen ervaring, maar is deze functie op jouw lijf geschreven? Wij zoeken Inzetbaarheidsadviseurs (Casemanagers Verzuim) die dossierinhoudelijk analytisch meekijken en gericht advies geven over interventies en re-integratie. Je geeft daadwerkelijk richting aan het verzuimproces en re-integratie. Bij ons krijg je de vrijheid om samen met je collega bedrijfsarts stappen te maken om medewerkers weer naar het werk te bewegen. Ons doel? Zieke medewerkers niet langer dan noodzakelijk uit het arbeidsproces. Maar wel op een duurzame manier, zodat het verzuim daadwerkelijk oplost en werknemer als werkgever hier baat bij hebben. Focus, Finish, Fire en Fun zijn je kernwaarden. Hebben wij je aandacht?! Dan ben jij degene die wij zoeken! Wat ga je doen? Als Inzetbaarheidsadviseur ben jij veel meer dan een administratieve verzuimregisseur. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het re-integratietraject: je bouwt actieve dossiers op, benut re-integratiekansen, en zet herstelinterventies in.
