Functieomschrijving Als casusregisseur bij Het Loket Toeslagenaffaire begeleid je ouders en kinderen die gedupeerd zijn door de toeslagenaffaire en bied je intensieve, op maat gemaakte ondersteuning. Je bouwt een vertrouwensband op met cliënten door motiverende gespreksvoering en heldere, eerlijke communicatie. Je inventariseert ondersteuningsbehoeften op leefgebieden zoals zorg (Wmo), jeugd en gezin, inkomen & participatie en huisvesting, en coördineert passende hulpverlening. Je voert casusregie gedurende het gehele traject, signaleert onderliggende psychosociale en financiële problematiek en stemt af met Belastingdienst, gemeentelijke afdelingen en andere partners. Je levert volledige rapportages, houdt punctuele administratie bij en werkt nauw samen met collega's en externe partners om gedupeerden duurzaam te stabiliseren en hun zelfredzaamheid te vergroten. Gevraagd profiel - HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in social work, maatschappelijke dienstverlening, sociaal juristiek of vergelijkbaar; - Aantoonbare ervaring met casusregie en met complexe multiproblematiek (gezinnen, jeugd, schuldenproblematiek); - Kennis van en ervaring met Wmo, jeugd- en gezinszorg, schuldhulpverlening en gemeentelijke dienstverlening; - Sterke communicatieve en motiverende gespreksvaardigheden, met empathie en het vermogen om vertrouwen te herstellen; - Ervaring met samenwerken en bemiddelen tussen verschillende instanties (o.a. Belastingdienst) en het organiseren van maatwerk, ook buiten reguliere kaders; - Goede administratieve vaardigheden en zorgvuldige rapportagevoering; accuraat en punctueel werken; - Zelfstandig, proactief en flexibel in een teamomgeving met hoge caseload en werkdruk; - Integriteit, professionele weerbaarheid en stressbestendigheid bij het werken met kwetsbare gezinnen.
