Viele unserer Mitarbeiter sind schon lange bei uns und ebenso sind viele Gäste dem Hotel schon lange verbunden, der Draht von Mensch zu Mensch stimmt! Wir suchen ab sofort 1 Chef de partie (m./w.) Saison- oder Ganzjahresstelle in Vollzeit

Beschäftigungsbeginn ab sofort oder nach Absprache

Aufgaben und Anforderungen:

* Kochen während der Servicezeit

* Arbeitsablauf sowie Qualitätssicherung und Kontrolle

* Ausbildung und Arbeitsverteilung für Jungköche und Hilfsköche

* Mitarbeit bei der Gestaltung der Speisekarte

* Mise en Place

* Vertrautheit mit Hygienevorschriften

* abgeschlossene Ausbildung erforderlich oder

* eine vergleichbare berufsbildende Ausbildung mit Praxis

* mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung von Vorteil

* Fleiß und Engagement schätzen wir sehr
