Über uns: Das Silk and Salt im Herzen des 8. Bezirks ist eine Neuinterpretation der asiatischen Fusionsküche, wie es sie in Wien noch nicht gibt. Wir verbinden die Ehrlichkeit und Authentizität österreichischer, saisonaler Produkte mit asiatischer Raffinesse. Bei uns wird alles frisch produziert - mit höchstem Respekt vor dem Produkt und unseren Partnern.

Wir suchen keine Angestellten, sondern echte Fachkräfte, die Teil unserer Küchenfamilie werden und den Weg an die Spitze der Wiener Gastronomie von Anfang an mitgestalten wollen. 1 Chef de Partie (m/w/d) Vollzeitbeschäftigung ab sofort

5-Tage-Woche von Mittwoch bis Montag von 16.00 bis 00.00 Uhr

Arbeitsort: 1080 Wien, Florianigasse 36

Ihr Profil - Qualifizierte Fachkräfte:

- Ausbildung: Zwingend abgeschlossene Fachausbildung (LAP) oder ein vergleichbarer professioneller Abschluss.

- Expertise: Idealerweise Erfahrung in der (Casual) Fine Dining Küche.

- Präzision: Sie arbeiten strukturiert und präzise - unser Team funktioniert wie ein Schweizer Uhrwerk.

- Mindset: Teamfähigkeit ist für uns essenziell, da wir viel Zeit gemeinsam investieren. Ein positives Mindset und hohe Stressresistenz sind Voraussetzung.

- Sprachniveau: Deutsch oder Englisch

- Arbeitsweise: Eigenständigkeit und absolute Wertschätzung für regionale, saisonale Lebensmittel.
