Dann sind Sie bei Falkensteiner Hotels & Residences genau richtig! 1 Chef de rang (m./w.) DEINE AUFGABEN BEI UNS:

* Verantwortlich für die Betreuung der Gäste im Restaurant- und im Barbereich

* Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs der täglichen Aufgaben im Restaurant

* Freundlicher und herzlicher Umgang mit unseren Gästen und Kollegen

* Durchführung von Roomservice-Bestellungen bzw. eines fachlich korrekten Services

* Einhaltung der vorgeschriebenen HACCP-Richtlinien

* Optimierung der Umsätze im Restaurant durch Zusatzverkauf

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Hotellerie/Gastronomie

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Hotel-/Restaurant

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen & englischen Sprache

* Organisatorische Fähigkeiten, Teamfähigkeit und Führungsverhalten

* Getränke- und Weinkenntnisse

* Freundliches & herzliches Auftreten - zaubern Sie ihren Gästen und Kollegen ein Lächeln ins Gesicht

* Hohe Dienstleistungs- und Qualitätsorientierung

Die Bezahlung für diese Position bei 45 Stunden und 5 Tage pro Woche richtet sich nach dem Kollektivvertrag für Hotel- und Gastgewerbe mit einem Monatsbruttogehalt von € 2.571 mit der Bereitschaft zur deutlichen Überzahlung (je nach Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung).
