Ein gutes Glas Wein und hervorragendes Essen sind Dir selbst auch wichtig, Krümel am Tisch stören dich und eine umsatzorientierte Entlohnung motiviert dich zu aktivem Verkauf? Die wöchentliche Arbeitszeit beträgt 48 h aufgeteilt auf 6 Tage. Das Anstellungsverhältnis beginnt mit dem 07.12.2026 und geht voraussichtlich bis Anfang April.

Das Angebot im Edelweiss Restaurant umfasst die folgenden Bereiche:

- Frühstück für die Hotelgäste

- Mittagessen á la carte auf der Sonnenterrasse (ab Mitte Feb.) oder in der Edelspeis

- Abendmenü für Hotelgäste und externe Gäste in unserem HP Restaurant sowie im à la carte Restaurant

- Sicherstellung eines professionellen Service auf Deiner Station mit ca. 8 - 10 Tischen, bzw. 30 Personen

- Sicherstellung Mise en place

- Harmonisches Dirigieren deines Commis de rang

- Speisenempfehlungen

- Getränkeempfehlungen

- Beratung der Gäste in Sachen Wein, Inhaltsstoffen, Empfehlungen aussprechen

- Erfüllen von Sonderwünschen

- Einhaltung der allgemeinen Qualitätsstandards des Hotel Edelweiss

- Sicherstellung korrekter Tagesabrechnungen

Qualifikation

- Einschlägige Ausbildung zum Restaurantfachmann

- Kenntnisse österreichischer & internationaler Weine (Weinkarte mit ca. 300 Positionen, laufende Schulungen und Möglichkeit zu probieren)

- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

- Kenntnis div. Boniersysteme - wir haben Gastronovi

- Aktives Interesse an den Gesamtabläufen des Hauses

- Innovations- und Trendbegeisterung
