Wir suchen ein kreatives, engagiertes Servicetalent zur Unterstützung unseres Serviceteams!

Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kellner, idealerweise bereits Berufserfahrung in der gehobenen Gastronomie, bist aufgeschlossen gegenüber neuen Vorschlägen und möchtest gerne in einem motivierten Team arbeiten?

Deine Aufgaben:

* Frühstücks-, Mittags- und Abendservice

* Donnerstag bis Samstag Unterstützung im Gourmetservice (ausgezeichnet mit 16,5 Punkten und 3 Hauben im Gault Millau, sowie einen Stern im Guide Michelin)

* Betreuung und Beratung der Gäste bei der Auswahl von Speisen und Getränken

* Eigenverantwortliche Führung des Arbeitsbereiches

* Mise en place Arbeiten

* Tagesabrechnungen

* fachkundiges Servieren von Speisen und Getränken

* Beschwerdemanagement

Anforderungen

* abgeschlossene Ausbildung und Erfahrung im à la carte Bereich in vergleichbarer Position

* Flexibilität und Leidenschaft für den Beruf

* Sicheres und gepflegtes Auftreten

* Weinwissen von Vorteil

* ausgeprägtes Qualitätsdenken, Teamwork und Organisationstalent

* selbstständige, saubere und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Deutsch und Englisch für den Gästekontakt
