Midden in het gezellige centrum van Westendorf , in het hart van de SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental, is Hotel Restaurant Mesnerwirt op zoek naar een ervaren en enthousiaste chef-kok / Küchenchef voor het winterseizoen 2026/2027. Door een onverwachte wijziging binnen het team is deze mooie positie beschikbaar gekomen. Een unieke kans voor een kok die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt, zijn eigen ideeën wil inbrengen en deze winter wil werken én wonen in de Oostenrijkse Alpen. Werken bij Mesnerwirt Hotel Restaurant Mesnerwirt is een gezellig en gastvrij familiebedrijf midden in Westendorf. Hier draait het niet alleen om goed eten en tevreden gasten, maar ook om samenwerken en plezier hebben in wat je doet. Eigenaren Jakob en Henderina vinden het belangrijk dat medewerkers zich onderdeel voelen van het team. Samen aanpakken, elkaar helpen en daarnaast ook genieten van het leven in de bergen. Als chef-kok krijg je veel vrijheid om je eigen stempel op de keuken te drukken. Wat ga je doen? Als chef-kok ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken in de keuken. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, houdt overzicht en zorgt er samen met het keukenteam voor dat iedere gast met een goed gevoel van tafel gaat. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Leidinggeven aan en samenwerken met het keukenteam - Voorbereiden en bereiden van gerechten - Meedenken over de menukaart en nieuwe gerechten - Bewaken van kwaliteit, presentatie en hygiëne - Organiseren en plannen van de werkzaamheden in de keuken - Beheren van voorraden en bestellingen - Zorgen voor een prettige en professionele werksfeer Wie zoeken wij?
