Für unser naturverbundenes Haus mit 112 Zimmern und Suiten mitten im Herzen einer der schönsten Regionen Österreichs suchen wir einen engagierten Küchenchef für unser á-la-carte-Restaurant 1617. Gemeinsam mit Deinem Team bringst Du traditionelle alpine Küche, regionale Spezialitäten und unser Fondue-Konzept auf 2 Etagen mit 70 Sitzplätzen auf höchstes Niveau. Und wir sorgen mit tollen Kolleginnen und Kollegen sowie viel Spaß dafür, dass Deine Zeit bei uns die beste Deines Lebens wird. 2 Chefs de rang (m./w.) oder Zahlkellner/innen ab 19.10.2026, in Jahresanstellung!

* Arbeitstage: Winter 6 Tage/Woche Sommer 4 Tage/Woche

* Mise en Place und Vorbereitung des Restaurants

* Beratung der Gäste bei Speisen, Getränken & Wein

* Aufnahme von Bestellungen & Weinservice am Gast

* Servieren von Speisen und Getränken

* Organisation eines reibungslosen Serviceablaufs

* Buchungen und Abrechnungen durchführen

* Unterstützung und Anleitung von Commis de Rang

* Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards

WAS SOLLTEST DU MITBRINGEN?

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der gehobenen Hotellerie oder Gastronomie

* Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position

* Fachkenntnisse im klassischen Service sowie Weinwissen

* Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Gastgebermentalität und Freude am Umgang mit Gästen

* Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist

* Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Freundliches und herzliches Auftreten
