Chef de Rang (m/w/d)

* Aufmerksame & freundliche Betreuung der Gäste

* Führung der Servicestation mit dem Commis de Rang

* Tägliche Mise en Place Arbeiten

* Aktive Beratung und Verkauf

* Einhaltung der Sauberkeit, Hygienestandards und Instandhaltung der Station

* Serviceabläufe laut SHF Standards und Checklisten

TOP Qualifikation:

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der gehobenen Hotellerie/Gastronomie in einer vergleichbaren Position

* Zusatzausbildung in Weinkunde von Vorteil

* Erweiterte Kenntnisse im Bereich Getränkekunde, Spirituosen, Wein und Champagner

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse & gute Englischkenntnisse
