Je werkt in een moderne 5-ploegendienst waar veiligheid en kwaliteit centraal staan. In deze functie bewaak je procesinstallaties en grijp je direct in bij storingen. Voor een opdrachtgever die inzet op innovatie en duurzaamheid in de chemische industrie. Wat ga je doen? Voor onze opdrachtgever bedien en controleer je geavanceerde procesinstallaties voor de productie van chemische grondstoffen. Je houdt de procesparameters nauwlettend in de gaten en grijpt in bij afwijkingen. Storingen signaleer je snel en los je op, eventueel in overleg met de technische dienst. Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit, registreert data en werkt volgens geldende veiligheids- en milieunormen. Ook denk je actief mee over verbeteringen binnen het productieproces. Je werkt in een 5-ploegendienst binnen een dynamische en technisch geavanceerde omgeving. Met jouw nauwkeurigheid en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel zorg je voor een stabiele productie. Je draagt bij aan duurzame en efficiënte productieoplossingen. Voor een opdrachtgever die internationaal actief is in de chemische industrie speel jij een cruciale rol. Jouw werkzaamheden - Bedienen en controleren van chemische procesinstallaties volgens vaste procedures; - Signaleren en verhelpen van technische storingen, eventueel in overleg met de technische dienst; - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en registreren van meet- en procesgegevens; - Toepassen van veiligheids-, gezondheids- en milieunormen (volgens SHEQ-richtlijnen); - Meedenken over procesoptimalisatie en bijdragen aan continue verbetering; - Uitvoeren van inspectierondes en bewaken van de productievoortgang.
