The posting

Als Project Manager ben je de eindverantwoordelijke voor het opleveren van verschillende projecten en het aansturen van onze project engineers. Zelf word je ondersteund door onze Project Management Officer en Project Manager collega's.

Jouw uitdagingen

  • Na een grondige analyse begin je met het opstellen van een scope, budget en realistische planning. Je bekijkt steeds "the bigger picture" en houdt rekening met de impact op IT en business.
  • Van daaruit ben je verantwoordelijk voor de autonome planning en follow-up van het budget, de resources, de projectfases, timing, risico management en de te behalen resultaten. Dit doe je voor verschillende projecten tegelijkertijd.
  • Je houdt een nauw contact met alle stakeholders en houdt hen op de hoogte van veranderingen in het projectproces. Daarnaast ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor transparante rapportering en projectdocumentatie. Je organiseert op regelmatige tijdstippen vergaderingen en fungeert hierbij als liaison tussen de verschillende stakeholders.

Must haves:

  • Je hebt een aantal jaren ervaring in soortgelijke functie waar klantencontact centraal stond.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen de IT sector en hebt technische affiniteit, operationele IT ervaring is echter geen must
  • Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en kan met deadlines werken.
  • Je werkt heel planmatig en gestructureerd.
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

Nice to haves:

  • In het bezit zijn van certificaten (ITIL, Prince2, PMBOK, etc.)
  • Financiële kennis
  • Kennis van compliance: ISO2700X, GDPR, NIS, etc.
  • Goede kennis van het Frans
  • Ervaring in het bouwen van AI agents
