Je bereikt hem via* * [email protected] **of* 06 36 02 59 58 ### Dit ga je doen Als Cloud Engineer ben jij het vaste aanspreekpunt voor een aantal klanten en zorg je ervoor dat hun Microsoft-omgevingen veilig, stabiel en toekomstbestendig blijven. Je werkt voor organisaties in verschillende sectoren, waardoor je telkens met nieuwe uitdagingen te maken krijgt. Je kent de omgevingen van jouw klanten goed en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen. Je werk draait om beheer, optimalisatie en het verder ontwikkelen van IT-omgevingen. Je voert wijzigingen door, controleert de gezondheid en beveiliging van omgevingen en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken worden nagekomen. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar wat vandaag nodig is, maar ook naar hoe de omgeving morgen beter kan worden ingericht. Je hebt regelmatig contact met klanten. Je bespreekt ontwikkelingen, geeft advies over verbeteringen en vertaalt technische vraagstukken naar praktische oplossingen. Je bouwt aan een duurzame relatie en zorgt ervoor dat klanten weten dat ze op jou kunnen rekenen. Naast het dagelijkse beheer werk je aan grotere wijzigingen en verbetertrajecten. Denk aan migraties, implementaties van nieuwe Microsoft-diensten, securityverbeteringen en het optimaliseren van bestaande omgevingen. Je staat er daarbij niet alleen voor: binnen het team werk je samen met andere Cloud Engineers en collega's met verschillende expertisegebieden. Voor sommige klanten ben je zelfstandig verantwoordelijk, terwijl je bij andere klanten juist nauw samen optrekt om het beheer en de ontwikkeling van de omgeving naar een hoger niveau te brengen.
