- Bedrijven Ervaren CNC Frezer Programmeur Sittard Heb jij enkele jaren ervaring als CNC Frezer en CAD CAM Programmeur met 3- e/o 5-assige freesmachines in een organisatie in de fijnmechanische verspanende industrie? Werk je graag in een hightech omgeving en houd je van uitdaging? Wat ga je doen? Als ervaren CNC Frezer - CAD CAM Programmeur werk je aan fijnmechanische producten met een hoge nauwkeurigheid. Onze producten worden in zowel kleine als grotere serieaantallen geproduceerd (variërend van 1 tot ca 100 stuks). In deze rol richt je het complete productieproces in: je programmeert voornamelijk nieuwe producten met de CAD/CAM pakketten en borgt de kwaliteit op de werkvloer door middel van de daarvoor bedoelde handmeetgereedschappen en CMM. Je stelt de CNC-machines in en geeft een productiebatch vrij voor productie. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor het bewaken en verbeteren van het productieproces. Je groeit mee met de nieuwe technologieën en producten, waardoor je je continu kunt blijven ontwikkelen. Uiteindelijk zet je voor de nieuwe producten de puntjes op de i, zodat de productie soepel verloopt. Concreet bestaan jouw werkzaamheden uit: - Nieuwe producten programmeren en simuleren middels Hypermill - Het bepalen van de juiste gereedschappen en koppelen van snijgegevens - De cyclustijden en algehele kwaliteit optimaliseren - Zorgdragen voor de eerste productierun en het nameten van de onderdelen voordat je het overdraagt aan een operator - Plaatsen van de gekozen gereedschappen in de machine en het bijhouden van standtijden - Eventueel het doorvoeren van aanpassingen - Opbouwen van opspanningen - Bewaken en verbeteren van het productieproces - Meedenken in hoe je zo efficiënt mogelijk produceert - Nauw samenwerken met de collega's op de werkvloer, waaronder de Operators en Kwaliteitsmedewerkers om samen tot een perfect eindproduct te komen Wat neem je mee? - Een afgeronde technische opleiding MBO4 niveau, richting versp...
