Je maakt complexe onderdelen vanaf tekening en zorgt dat elk onderdeel aan de juiste maatvoering en toleranties voldoet. Je werkt voornamelijk aan enkelstuks en kleine series voor klanten met hoge kwaliteitseisen. Concreet betekent dit: - Instellen en bedienen van CNC kantbanken; - Lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen; - Maken van prototypes en kleine series met hoge nauwkeurigheid; - Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op maatvoering en afwerking; - Meedenken over verbeteringen in het buigproces of gereedschapsinzet. Dit ben jij Als CNC kanter bij Arbèl in Valkenswaard werk je zelfstandig en in teamverband. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het instellen en bedienen van een CNC kantbank. Je maakt producten conform tekening, binnen de gevraagde toleranties. - Opleiding op LBO- of MBO niveau. - Enkele jaren ervaring met kanten. - Ervaring met technisch tekening lezen. - Flexibele en collegiale instelling. - Werkt secuur, nauwkeurig en accuraat. - Werkt graag met enkelstuks en zeer kleine series. - Werkt zelfstandig of in teamverband.
