Wat ga je doen? Als operator metaal werk je dagelijks met zowel CNC- als conventionele machines. Je stelt machines in, controleert de kwaliteit en zorgt ervoor dat elk onderdeel nauwkeurig wordt afgewerkt. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar kan rekenen op een team van collega’s wanneer een opdracht wat complexer wordt.

  • Je bedient CNC- en conventionele draaibanken en CNC-freesmachines.
  • Je stelt machines in en programmeert waar nodig.
  • Je leest technische tekeningen en vertaalt deze naar een correct eindproduct.
  • Je zorgt voor de aanvoer van materiaal en controleert de afwerking van de onderdelen.
  • Je voert preventief en correctief onderhoud uit aan de machines.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en helpt collega’s mee bij grotere of complexere opdrachten.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een stabiele industriële omgeving waar hoogwaardige metalen onderdelen worden geproduceerd met zowel conventionele als CNC-technologie. Je werkt met moderne machines en krijgt de ruimte om je technische kennis verder uit te bouwen. Kwaliteit, veiligheid en nauwkeurig werken staan centraal, maar ook samenwerking is belangrijk.

  • Je hebt ervaring als mechanieker, CNC-operator of in een gelijkaardige technische functie.
  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond in mechanica of metaalbewerking (A2 of gelijkwaardig).
  • Je kan technische tekeningen lezen en interpreteren.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Ervaring met Heidenhain TNC640 of een gelijkaardige besturing is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een team.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de kwaliteit van je werk.
