Erstellung, Archivierung und Wartung von CNC-Programmen

Einführung neuer Bauteile in die Serienfertigung

Schnittstellenverantwortung zwischen Konstruktion, Produktion und Messtechnik

Updates & Unterweisungen an allen Produktionsstätten

Entwicklung & Verbesserung von Werkzeugen, Lehren, Vorrichtungen

Durchführen von Prozessoptimierungen (KVP)

Bearbeitung von Prozessstörungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen

Ihr Profil

Ausbildung im Bereich Maschinenbau/Fertigungstechnik

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im jeweiligen Bereich

CNC-Programmierkenntnisse (SolidWorks/ Solid CAM / WINTOOL / SINUMERIK 840)

Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

Strukturierte, selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein

Belastbarkeit

Tatkraft und Bereitschaft, über die eigene Expertise hinaus dazuzulernen und bei Bedarf aktiv anzupacken - im eigenen Team und bereichsübergreifend
