Wir erweitern unser Team und suchen daher eine_n 1 CNC-Programmierer/ Teamleiter Produktion (M/W/X)

mit Erfahrung in CAD/CAM-Programmierung und praktischer Mitarbeit in der Fertigung, auf Vollzeitbasis.

Was Sie bei Comco EPP erwartet:

* CNC-gesteuerte Fertigung von Kunststoffbauteilen mittels Dreh- und/oder Frästechnik

* Erstellung und Verwaltung von CAD/CAM-Programmen

* Übergabe und Abstimmung der Programme mit dem Produktionsteam

* Eigenständiges Einrichten, Rüsten und Bedienen von CNC-Maschinen

* Planung und Koordination der täglichen Fertigungsaufträge und Schichteinteilung

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs zwischen Arbeitsvorbereitung und Fertigung

* Unterstützung bei Kalkulationen, Werkzeugauslegung und Arbeitsplanung

* Mitwirkung bei KVP- und Qualitätsverbesserungsmaßnahmen

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als CNC-Facharbeiter:in, Zerspanungstechniker:in o. Ä.

* Berufserfahrung im Bereich CNC-Drehen und/oder Fräsen

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in CAD/CAM-Programmierung (z. B. SolidCAM, Mastercam oder vergleichbare Systeme)

* Organisationsfähigkeit und Erfahrung in der Teamkoordination oder Schichtführung

* Eigeninitiative und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, Eigeninitiative und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Versierter Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office

* Bereitschaft zum 2-Schicht-Betrieb
