Soms gaat er echter iets mis in een woning, woongebouw of buurt, zoals een kapotte lift of lekkage. Ook kunnen huurders complexe reparatieverzoeken hebben. Gelukkig ben jij er om iedereen te woord te staan, niet alleen de huurders maar ook je collega's. Dit werk biedt jou niet alleen een baan, maar ook een kans om persoonlijk en professioneel te groeien. Wat ga jij doen Als coördinator DO ben jij de spil tussen huurders, opzichters, servicemonteurs en co-makers en andere betrokken partijen. Je ondersteunt het opzichtersteam met administratieve en organisatorische werkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat de woningen snel en vakkundig goed kunnen worden onderhouden. Inclusief de installaties zoals CV-ketels en bijvoorbeeld liften. Je beheert samen met je collega's van het team de mailbox, verwerkt meldingen, beantwoordt vragen van huurders en co-makers, maakt opdrachten voor co-makers en stemt afspraken af tussen bewoners, opzichters en co-makers. Daarbij zorg je ervoor dat huurders zich gehoord voelen en dat klachten en storingen snel en duidelijk worden afgehandeld. Dagelijks schakel je tussen verschillende partijen, waaronder co-makers, gebiedsbeheerders en zorginstellingen, om zowel reguliere als complexe onderhoudsvraagstukken in goede banen te leiden. Met jouw bouwkundige kennis, organisatorisch vermogen en oog voor detail bewaak je de voortgang van werkzaamheden, houd je overzicht in langlopende trajecten en zorg je ...
