De Functie

Als Coördinator in Oss ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen onze klanten en medewerkers. Je staat midden in de operatie, weet wat er speelt en zorgt ervoor dat alles rondom onze medewerkers Gewoon Goed Geregeld is.

Je hebt dagelijks contact met mensen met verschillende achtergronden en weet snel te schakelen tussen uiteenlopende vragen en situaties. De ene keer bespreek je de planning met een klant, het volgende moment help je een medewerker met een praktische vraag. Juist die afwisseling maakt deze functie zo leuk!

Wat ga je doen?

Als Coördinator houd je je onder andere bezig met:

- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en medewerkers; - Je werft en selecteert EU-kandidaten voor onze klanten; - Je maakt werkroosters en houdt deze actueel in het systeem; - Je denkt actief mee over oplossingen bij wijzigingen in de planning; - Je zorgt ervoor dat de bijbehorende administratie correct en op tijd wordt verwerkt; - Je regelt samen met collega's alles wat nodig is om nieuwe medewerkers een warm welkom te geven.

Maar jouw rol gaat verder dan alleen plannen en organiseren. Je begeleidt medewerkers bij vragen over onder andere huisvesting, vervoer, salaris en verzuim en helpt hen wanneer zij ergens tegenaan lopen. Zo bouw je aan vertrouwen en aan een goede relatie tussen Covebo en onze medewerkers.

Ook het contact met onze opdrachtgevers is een belangrijk onderdeel van je werk. Je bezoekt regelmatig je klanten, bespreekt wat er speelt en houdt goed zicht op hun personeels- en wervingsbehoefte.

Kortom: je bent organisator, aanspreekpunt en probleemoplosser in één. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid, veel contact met mensen en vooral veel afwisseling. Geen dag is hetzelfde!
