Interex Professionals Coördinator HR & support taken detachering In het kort Volledige opdracht De coördinator ondersteunt het afdelingshoofd en reorganisatieadviseurs bij HR-gerelateerde vraagstukken door relevante informatie te verzamelen, te structureren en bestuurlijk te vertalen naar heldere documentatie en besluitvormingsstukken. De rol omvat het voorbereiden en ondersteunen van bestuurlijke besluitvorming, het opstellen van directienota's, memo's en andere bestuurlijke stukken, en het coördineren van het brievenproces rondom de transitie UHT. Daarnaast verzorgt de coördinator postbusbeheer en zorgt voor analyse van HR-rapportages, het signaleren van ontwikkelingen en het uitwerken van presentaties, spreeklijnen en speakernotes voor directeuren en management. De functie vraagt bestuurlijke sensitiviteit, uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen complexe HR-informatie te vertalen naar toegankelijke management-… Eerste gedeelte van de opdrachtomschrijving. Eisen - De aangeboden kandidaat beschikt over minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau, aantoonbaar door minimaal een afgeronde HBO-opleiding HRM of minimaal 4 jaar werkervaring als HR BP coördinator of vergelijkbaar. - De aangeboden kandidaat beschikt over minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in een coördinerende functie op het gebied van HR-processen, reorganisatie, organisatieontwikkeling of medezeggenschap. - De aangeboden kandidaat beschikt over minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring met het analyseren, interpreteren en verwerken van HR-rapportages en managementinformatie in Microsoft Excel.
