Als Coördinator & Werkvoorbereider Matrijzenonderhoud neem je verantwoordelijkheid voor het volledige voorbereidings- en opvolgingsproces van onderhoudswerken. Je zorgt voor een goede planning, duidelijke werkvoorbereiding en een efficiënte samenwerking binnen het team.

Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Voorbereiden, plannen en opvolgen van herstellingen en preventief onderhoud aan matrijzen.
  • Opstellen en beheren van werkorders en werkplannen.
  • Tijdig voorzien van materialen, onderdelen en gereedschappen.
  • Coördineren en ondersteunen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden binnen het team matrijzenonderhoud.
  • Afstemmen van prioriteiten met productie en andere interne afdelingen.
  • Bewaken van de voortgang, kwaliteit en doorlooptijd van uitgevoerde werken.
  • Detecteren van technische uitdagingen en actief meewerken aan verbeteringen.
  • Verzorgen van administratieve registratie en rapportering van onderhoudswerken.
  • Toezien op orde, netheid en veiligheid binnen de werkplaats.
  • Bestellen van matrijsonderdelen voor nieuwe matrijzen binnen de volledige organisatie.
  • Praktisch ondersteunen van het Moldcenter waar nodig.
  • Een technische opleiding (A2 of bachelor) in mechanica, elektromechanica, werktuigbouwkunde of matrijzenbouw.
  • Ervaring met matrijzenonderhoud of technisch onderhoud binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring met werkvoorbereiding, planning of coördinatie is een pluspunt.
  • Het vermogen om technische tekeningen te lezen en correct te interpreteren.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Een zelfstandige, proactieve werkhouding.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een sterke teamgerichte ingesteldheid.
