Ben jij een ervaren salarisprofessional die graag impact maakt op kwaliteit, processen en dienstverlening? Dan is deze vacature op jouw lijf geschreven. In deze rol ben jij de inhoudelijke expert binnen het verloningsteam en zorg je ervoor dat de salarisverwerking correct, efficiënt en toekomstbestendig is ingericht. Wat ga je doen? Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van het volledige verloningsproces en ondersteunt het team bij complexe vraagstukken, afwijkingen en escalaties. Je bewaakt de planning, signaleert risico's en zorgt dat wet- en regelgeving, cao's en arbeidsvoorwaarden correct worden toegepast. Je neemt het dagelijkse werk niet structureel over, maar bent wel zo ervaren dat je kunt inspringen bij vakantie, ziekte of een tijdelijk tekort aan capaciteit. Daardoor blijf je dicht bij de praktijk en weet je precies wat er binnen het team speelt. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in procesverbetering en automatisering. Je draagt bij aan de verdere professionalisering en uitbreiding van de backofficedienstverlening. Je denkt mee over nieuwe diensten, een bredere ondersteuning van klanten en de inrichting van processen die verdere groei mogelijk maken. Ook adviseer je collega's, management en klanten over salaris- en procesvraagstukken. Jij zorgt dat processen kloppen, het team op jouw expertise kan bouwen en de organisatie klaar is voor verdere groei. Wat neem je mee als Payroll Specialist? - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen salarisadministratie en/of backoffice; - Een afgeronde PDL-opleiding; - Kennis van cao's, arbeidsvoorwaarden en relevante wet- en regelgeving; - Ervaring binnen de uitzendbranche, payroll of een vergelijkbare flexomgeving is een pré; - Ervaring met Easyflex of vergelijkbare software is een pré.
