Tijdens je dienst kun je gebruikmaken van gratis vers fruit. Je komt terecht in een informele, no-nonsense werkomgeving met korte communicatielijnen. Vanwege de werktijden is het belangrijk dat je over eigen vervoer beschikt. Functieomschrijving Als Coördinator Sorteerafdeling ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het soepel, veilig en efficiënt laten verlopen van het nachtelijke sorteerproces. Samen met de supervisor, process lead en flexkrachten zorg je voor een goede verwerking van inkomende en uitgaande goederen. Je start je dienst met een inspectieronde van de sorteerstraat. Vervolgens stuur je de flexkrachten aan, stem je de personeelsbezetting af en houd je toezicht op het inbound- en outboundproces. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de sortering, verwerkt foutieve of niet-scanbare zendingen in het TMS en zorgt voor een scan succesrate van minimaal 98%. Na de sortering zet je beschikbare medewerkers in op andere plekken binnen het crossdock en ondersteun je de planning, onder andere in de communicatie met chauffeurs. Dagelijks evalueer je de dienst met de supervisor en process lead en rapporteer je aan de netwerkmanager. Het gaat om een fulltime functie in de avond en nacht. Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag tussen 18:00 en 03:00 uur. Functie-eisen Je hebt affiniteit met logistiek, bent communicatief sterk en weet van aanpakken.
