Impact maken als Commercieel Manager In deze nieuwe functie als Commercieel Manager ligt jouw focus op de dagelijkse aansturing, ontwikkeling en het behalen van resultaten van de vier teams die jij gaat aansturen. Een belangrijk aandachtspunt hierbij is het vergroten van de leadpijplijn door het Inside Sales-team en een efficiënte doorstroom van deze leads naar de Sales Managers, die hun werkwijze verder aanscherpen om deze kansen effectiever te verzilveren. Je brengt structuur, energie en richting en zorgt ervoor dat medewerkers het beste uit zichzelf halen. Daarbij combineer je een mensgerichte stijl van leidinggeven met een sterke focus op doelstellingen, kpi's, targets en commerciële resultaten. Je helpt teams om kpi's en targets niet alleen te behalen, maar ook echt te begrijpen en te gebruiken als hulpmiddel om continu te verbeteren. Als Commercieel Manager geef je vanuit onze locatie in Nieuwegein leiding aan vier teams: Customer Support, Inside Sales, Sales Managers en het Tenderteam. In totaal zijn dit ongeveer 16 professionals, elk aangestuurd door een teamleider. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat onze dienstverlenende en klantgerichte organisatie iedere dag beter presteert. Jij stuurt actief op het vergroten van het aantal gekwalificeerde leads dat Inside Sales aanlevert en bewaakt de doorstroom hiervan naar de Sales Managers, zodat zij deze leads sneller en efficiënter omzetten in concrete commerciële resultaten. Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met verschillende disciplines binnen de organisatie. Om op deze manier processen, werkwijze en de samenwerking te optimaliseren.
