Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met aannemers, ingenieursbureaus en gemeenten, stelt offertes op en adviseert klanten over de juiste toepassingen. Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst werk je in een enthousiast en betrokken team van 4 collega's en een Manager. Vanuit de binnendienst onderhoud je dagelijks contact met klanten in Duitsland, waaronder aannemers, ingenieursbureaus en gemeenten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het gehele commerciële traject: van het eerste klantcontact en het uitbrengen van een offerte tot het opvolgen van aanvragen en het adviseren van klanten over de juiste toepassingen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit; - Het onderhouden van telefonisch en schriftelijk contact met klanten in Duitsland; - Het opstellen en uitwerken van offertes; - Het actief opvolgen en nabellen van uitgebrachte offertes; - Het adviseren van klanten over onze producten en de verschillende toepassingsmogelijkheden; - Het signaleren van commerciële kansen en het onderhouden van bestaande klantrelaties; - Het beantwoorden van vragen en het ondersteunen van klanten gedurende het verkoopproces; - Het samenwerken met collega's om klantvragen en aanvragen goed en efficiënt af te handelen.
