Lees dan verder! Over het bedrijf Je komt te werken bij een compacte en professionele organisatie binnen de industriële techniek. Het team bestaat uit ongeveer vier collega's op kantoor en zeven collega's in de buitendienst. De lijnen zijn kort, waardoor je veel samenwerkt en snel kunt schakelen. Er is veel aandacht voor jouw ontwikkeling en je krijgt de kans om door te groeien binnen de organisatie. Over de functie Ben jij technisch onderlegd en wil je jouw commerciële vaardigheden verder ontwikkelen? Dan is dit de ideale stap. In deze functie start je op de commerciële binnendienst, waar je de producten, klanten en processen van A tot Z leert kennen. Na ongeveer 1 tot 3 jaar groei je door naar een zelfstandige buitendienstfunctie. Wanneer je de werkzaamheden snel oppakt, kan deze stap zelfs eerder worden gemaakt. Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst ondersteun je de sales engineers en ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Je stelt offertes op, volgt deze op en verwerkt orders. Daarnaast bewaak je levertijden, onderhoud je contact met klanten en zorg je ervoor dat alle commerciële administratie correct wordt verwerkt in het CRM- en ERP-systeem. Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in processen en klanttevredenheid en krijgt steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid naarmate je jezelf ontwikkelt.
