Functieomschrijving Wie zijn wij Hydroflex Hydraulics is een internationaal opererende, technische groothandel en levert hydrauliek slangassemblages, koppelingen, machines, testapparatuur en vele andere componenten aan de OEM- en MRO-markt, maar ook aan vele eindgebruikers in de Benelux. We richten ons op het zo goed mogelijk ontzorgen van onze klanten. Dit doen we met bijna 40 collega's vanuit 3 vestigingen in Oud-Beijerland, Rotterdam en Brussel. Sinds 2017 is Hydroflex Hydraulics een onderdeel van de Flowtech Fluidpower Group; één van de grootste Fluidpower specialisten in Europa met 17 gespecialiseerde bedrijven en ruim 600 medewerkers. Jouw takenpakket bestaat o.a. uit: • Actieve telefonische verkoop van ons gevarieerde productenpakket; • Uitbrengen van offertes en het verwerken van bestellingen; • Dagelijkse opvolging van uitgebrachte offertes; • Actieve bijdrage verlenen aan relatiebeheer; • Ondersteuning verlenen aan de buitendienst; • Afhandeling van klachten; • Werken met targets; • Synergie zoeken met zowel onze andere vestigingen alsmede onze leverancier. Jouw profiel: • Je hebt een afgeronde Mbo-opleiding in een technische- en/of commerciële richting; • Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie; • Je hebt een goede beheersing van ERP-systemen voor wat betreft orderverwerking; • De woorden servicegericht, enthousiast, assertief en doelgericht omschrijven jou perfect; • Ervaring in de hydrauliek branche is een pré; • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, in woord en geschrift.
