Overveld Glas is al meer dan 80 jaar specialist in maatwerk in glas voor interieur en exterieur, voor zowel particuliere als zakelijke klanten. Geen aanvraag is hetzelfde. Juist dat maakt ons werk zo leuk. Waar een standaardoplossing niet volstaat, denken wij verder en zoeken we naar de beste glasoplossing voor iedere unieke situatie. Naast onze buitendienst beschikken we over een eigen werkplaats/slijperij en een showroom in Breda. Hierdoor hebben we veel kennis en vakmanschap in eigen huis en zijn de lijnen binnen ons bedrijf kort. Wat ga je doen? Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je hebt contact met hen via telefoon en e-mail, maar ontvangt en adviseert ook klanten in onze showroom. Je luistert naar de wensen van de klant, denkt mee over de mogelijkheden en zorgt ervoor dat aanvragen en orders van begin tot eind goed worden opgepakt. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met je collega's van de binnendienst, buitendienst, planning en werkplaats. Je werkzaamheden zijn afwisselend en bestaan onder andere uit: - telefonisch en per e-mail te woord staan van klanten; - adviseren en verkopen aan klanten in onze showroom; - aanvragen en orders aannemen en verwerken; - offertes opstellen en opvolgen; - bestellingen plaatsen en controleren; - zorgdragen voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling; - orders voorbereiden en afstemmen met de planning; - meedenken met klanten en zoeken naar een passende oplossing.
