Padmos Assurantiën zoekt een nauwkeurige en integere collega die helpt om processen soepel te laten verlopen. Wat ga je doen? In de rol van Medewerker Compliance / Administratie help je ons te voldoen aan wet- en regelgeving en zorg je ervoor dat onze administratieve processen soepel en zorgvuldig verlopen. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Controleren van klantdossiers op volledigheid en juistheid volgens geldende richtlijnen - Ondersteunen bij compliance-werkzaamheden, zoals Wft- en Wwft-richtlijnen - Bijhouden en actualiseren van procedures, documentatie en administratieve gegevens - Signaleren van verbeterpunten in administratieve processen - Ondersteunen van collega's bij administratieve en compliancevraagstukken Wij werken met ANVA. Wie zijn wij? Padmos Assurantiën is een assurantiekantoor gevestigd in het Zeeuwse Yerseke, waar een hecht team van circa 10 collega's samenwerkt. De organisatie bestaat uit Padmos Assurantiën, Padmos Assuradeuren en Padmos Pensioenadvies en adviseert zowel particulieren als bedrijven over verzekeringen, pensioenen en financiële zekerheid. Met een persoonlijke en deskundige aanpak bieden zij onafhankelijk maatwerkadvies en staan kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en betrokkenheid centraal.
