Voor Van der Aa bouw je aan sterke klantrelaties, zet je commerciële kansen om in projecten en bied je opdrachtgevers vertrouwen, kwaliteit en zekerheid. Van der Aa werkt aan grote, aansprekende projecten zoals het Binnenhof in Den Haag, de A-Pier op Schiphol, de Rechtbank Amsterdam (NACH), het hoofdkantoor van ABN AMRO en De Knoop in Utrecht. Projecten waarin jouw advies direct bijdraagt aan een brandveilige omgeving. Je krijgt veel vrijheid, verantwoordelijkheid en vertrouwen om jouw klantenportefeuille verder uit te bouwen en mee te groeien met Van der Aa. Wat ga jij doen als Commercieel Technisch Adviseur bij RB+ Groep? - Als Commercieel Technisch Adviseur bouw je aan duurzame relaties met bestaande en nieuwe opdrachtgevers. - Vanuit de behoefte van de klant en de technische eisen werk je toe naar een passend uitvoeringsplan. - Je adviseert de grootste aannemers, vastgoedonderhoudsbedrijven en woningcorporaties van Nederland over oplossingen voor bouwkundige brandpreventie. - Tijdens bezoeken aan opdrachtgevers en projectlocaties inventariseer je de situatie en mogelijke uitvoeringsrisico's. - Commerciële kansen en marktontwikkelingen zet je om in nieuwe projecten. - Daarnaast denk je mee over procesverbeteringen binnen Van der Aa en RB+. - Als sparringpartner en adviseur bouw je aan vertrouwen bij opdrachtgevers en bied je kwaliteit en zekerheid. - Je werkt samen met calculatie voor de kostprijsbepaling en stelt offertes op, die je weet om te z...
