Im Romantikhotel Zell am See verbinden sich Tradition, Herzlichkeit und die wunderbare Salzburger Bergwelt zu einem besonderen Ort für unsere Gäste. In unserem traditionsreichen 4-Sterne-Hotel steht das Wohlbefinden unserer Gäste im Mittelpunkt - und dazu gehört natürlich auch ein genussvolles kulinarisches Erlebnis.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Serviceteams suchen wir ab der Wintersaison 2026/2027 einen engagierten und freundlichen 2 Commis de rang (m/w/d) der mit Freude, Aufmerksamkeit und Teamgeist dazu beiträgt, unseren Gästen unvergessliche Urlaubsmomente zu bereiten.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Unterstützung des Serviceteams bei der Betreuung unserer Hotelgäste

* Vorbereitung des Restaurants und der Tische für den Service

* Mise en place und Nachbereitung des Servicebereichs

* Servieren von Speisen und Getränken unter Anleitung des Chef de Rang

* Eindecken und Abräumen der Tische

* Aufmerksame Betreuung und Erfüllung der Gästewünsche

* Einhaltung unserer Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards

* Gute Zusammenarbeit mit Küche, Service und den anderen Hotelbereichen

* Unterstützung bei einem reibungslosen Ablauf im Restaurant

Das bringen Sie mit

* Erfahrung im Service oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Hotel- und Gastgewerbe

* Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und an der Arbeit in der Hotellerie

* Herzliches, freundliches und gepflegtes Auftreten

* Lernbereitschaft und Interesse an hochwertigem Service

* Teamgeist, Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität

* Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil

* Bereitschaft, unsere Gäste mit Aufmerksamkeit und persönlichem Engagement zu verwöhnen

Entlohnung

Die Entlohnung erfolgt entsprechend Ihrer Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung und wird im persönlichen Gespräch vereinbart. Es gilt der jeweils gültige Kollektivvertrag für die Hotellerie und Gastronomie.
