Ben jij die zelfstandige en praktisch ingestelde communicatiemedewerker die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt? Iemand die ziet wat er moet gebeuren en ervoor zorgt dat communicatieplannen ook echt worden uitgevoerd? Als communicatiemedewerker bij de Dienst Gezondheid & Jeugd (DG&J) is geen dag hetzelfde: de ene dag organiseer je een bijeenkomst, de volgende dag coördineer je drukwerk of werk je aan een nieuwsbrief. Je helpt inwoners van Zuid-Holland Zuid aan betrouwbare, begrijpelijke en toegankelijke informatie over gezondheid, jeugd en veiligheid. Je werkt in een zelfsturend team waarin je veel ruimte krijgt om je werk zelf te organiseren, verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en initiatief te tone n. Bij de Dienst Gezondheid & Jeugd (DG&J) werk je in een maatschappelijk betrokken organisatie die zich inzet voor een gezonde en sociaal veilige samenleving in Zuid-Holland Zuid. Als dé partner van gemeenten in de regio zijn we actief op het gebied van publieke gezondheid (GGD ZHZ), jeugdgezondheidszorg (Serviceorganisatie Jeugd ZHZ), onderwijsdeelname (Leerplicht en Voortijdig Schoolverlaten ZHZ) en de aanpak van huiselijk geweld en kindermishandeling (Veilig Thuis ZHZ). Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de zelfstandige uitvoering en coördinatie van communicatieactiviteiten en projecten. Met jouw overzicht en organisatietalent bewaak je de voortgang, stem je af met betrokkenen en houd je grip op planning en uitvoering. Je signaleert wat er nodig is, neemt initiatief en zorgt ervoor dat zaken zelfstandig van idee naar resultaat worden gebracht. - Maak en verstuur je nieuwsbrieven en andere communicatiemiddelen. - Beheer en actualiseer je content op onze websites. - Zorg je dat informatie toegankelijk en begrijpelijk (B1-taalniveau) wordt aangeboden aan verschillende doelgroepen. - Coördineer je de productie van folders, flyers, posters en ander drukwerk. - Bewaak je planningen, afspraken en acties en stemt af met collega's en externe leveran...
