Navigators is een wereldwijde beweging met als missie om samen te leren leven als leerling van Jezus. In Nederland werkt Navigators met ongeveer 50 medewerkers en een grote groep vrijwilligers. Voor het kantoorteam in Driebergen zijn wij per direct op zoek naar een: Communicatiemedewerker (0,6-0,8 FTE) Als communicatiemedewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor de landelijke communicatie van de Navigators en voor het versterken van de communicatiekracht van de hubs.** Je ondersteunt de hubs, zodat zij zelfstandig de eigen achterban kunnen bereiken en sterke lokale verhalen hun weg vinden naar de landelijke kanalen. Je ontwikkelt de strategie en voert die zelf uit: het is een hands-on rol, waarin je het grootste deel van je tijd uitvoerend bezig bent. Wat ga je doen? Strategisch niveau - Strategie: je ontwikkelt een heldere landelijke communicatiestrategie, met als kern het verbinden met het lokale werk en het ophalen van verhalen. - Eigenaarschap bij de hubs: je zet een structuur op waarmee hubs zelf eigenaar worden van hun communicatie, bijvoorbeeld richting hun lokale achterban. - Kwaliteit en sturing: je bewaakt de huisstijl en stuurt de landelijke aanpak bij op basis van statistieken. Operationeel niveau - Lokaal naar landelijk: je houdt actief contact met lokale collega's om verhalen, interviews en beeldmateriaal op te halen voor de landelijke kanalen. - Hubs helpen: je bent de vraagbaak voor de hubs en helpt hen bij het opzetten of uitbouwen van hun eigen communicatiekanalen. - Online kanalen: je beheert de website en social media en stelt de interne en externe nieuwsbrieven samen en verstuurt ze. - Systemen: je beheert enkele laagdrempelige systemen voor telefonie, een beeldbank en de Academy. Ook beheer je het CRM-systeem (Salesforce). Wat breng je mee? Het is belangrijk dat je je onderdeel weet van de beweging van de Navigators, zelfstandig kan werken en heldere prioriteiten kan stellen.
