Notre client est un groupe actif dans la distribution B2B, bien implanté en Belgique et présent dans plusieurs pays européens. Reconnu pour la solidité de son modèle et la fidélité de ses clients, il poursuit une croissance régulière, portée par une équipe d'environ deux cents collaborateurs.

L'ambiance y est professionnelle mais décontractée, avec une direction accessible et un vrai esprit d'équipe. Au sein du service finance, un(e) Comptable AP vient renforcer une équipe qui travaille chaque jour avec des fournisseurs de plusieurs pays.

Votre rôle

En tant que Comptable AP, vous prenez en charge le cycle fournisseurs de bout en bout et vous êtes l'interlocuteur(trice) de référence pour les partenaires de l'entreprise. Rattaché(e) au Responsable comptable, vous bénéficiez d'une bonne autonomie sur votre périmètre.

Le poste est international : vous échangez au quotidien en français, en néerlandais et en anglais avec des fournisseurs, des collègues d'autres entités et les équipes achats. Votre rigueur garantit la fiabilité des paiements et la qualité des comptes.

Vos principales responsabilités :

  • Gérer le cycle fournisseurs complet, de la réception des factures à leur comptabilisation.
  • Contrôler les factures en veillant à leur cohérence avec les commandes et les livraisons.
  • Planifier et suivre les paiements dans le respect des échéances et des conditions négociées.
  • Assurer le suivi des comptes fournisseurs et résoudre les écarts et litiges.
  • Participer aux clôtures mensuelles pour la partie fournisseurs.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration des processus et à la digitalisation du flux de factures.

Votre profil

  • Vous justifiez d'environ 5 ans d'expérience en comptabilité fournisseurs, idéalement dans un contexte international.
  • Vous êtes trilingue français, néerlandais et anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
  • Vous êtes organisé(e) et fiable, avec un vrai sens du détail et de la ponctualité des paiements.
  • Vous avez un excellent relationnel et aimez entretenir de bonnes relations avec des interlocuteurs variés.
  • Vous êtes proactif(ve) et savez prendre des initiatives pour fluidifier les process.
  • Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et une ambiance conviviale.
