Je checkt of alle afdelingen weten wat ze moeten aanleveren en of de planning nog klopt. Als concern CSRD controller zorg jij dat financiële én duurzaamheidsrapportages tijdig, juist en volledig worden opgeleverd. Jij bewaakt de kwaliteit en houdt de regie in een vakgebied dat snel in ontwikkeling is. Dit ga je doen Je voert de regie op het opstellen van de CSRD jaar- en kwartaalrapportages. Dat betekent dat je de planning maakt, instructies opstelt, data bundelt en afstemming zoekt met alle betrokken afdelingen. Je coördineert de totstandkoming van de volledige duurzaamheidsrapportage als onderdeel van het jaarverslag en zorgt dat deze klopt met de financiële rapportages. CSRD is binnen GVB nog volop in ontwikkeling. Daarom werk je niet alleen aan rapportages, maar ook aan het verder inrichten en verbeteren van processen, controls en datastromen. Je draagt bij aan proefrapportages en helpt GVB zich voor te bereiden op externe assurance. Je helpt het control framework en de bijbehorende AO/IC-procedures verder te ontwikkelen, zodat duidelijk is wie wat aanlevert en hoe de kwaliteit wordt geborgd. Ontwikkelingen rondom CSRD, ESRS en de EU Taxonomy volg je actief en je vertaalt deze naar concrete gevolgen voor GVB. Daarbij werk je mee aan de verdere verwerking van de uitkomsten van de dubbele materialiteitsanalyse (DMA) in processen en rapportages. Je kijkt continu waar ...
