Vous aimez être au cœur du terrain, piloter vos chantiers de A à Z et garantir une exécution irréprochable ? Rejoignez notre client, un acteur reconnu dans la réalisation de projets de menuiseries extérieures, et contribuez à la réussite de nombreux chantiers au sein de ses différents secteurs : EG, Parastatal, CSP et PMCA.

Dans le cadre de son développement, notre client recherche plusieurs Conducteurs/Conductrices de chantiers motivé·e·s, rigoureux·ses et passionné·e·s par le terrain.

Votre mission : Organiser et diriger la gestion complète de vos chantiers, du mesurage à la réception provisoire, en assurant qualité, sécurité et respect des délais.

Vos responsabilités :

Organisation & préparation :

  • Prendre les mesures sur chantier ou sur base de plans.
  • Mettre en production les menuiseries.
  • Réaliser le dossier de pose via outils informatiques.

Mettre en place et suivre le mock-up (menuiserie test).

  • Produire, vérifier et envoyer les documents administratifs et légaux (PPSS, ONSS...).

Coordination & suivi :

Gérer la planification de pose.

  • Valider les états des lieux et les états d'avancement.
  • Organiser la logistique (livraisons, réceptions...).

Participer aux réunions de chantier.

  • Réaliser les réceptions de chantier.

Gestion & contrôle :

Gérer le budget complet du chantier.

  • Garantir la qualité des poses et le respect des détails techniques.

Veiller à la sécurité des personnes présentes sur chantier.

  • Assurer le suivi des remarques post-réception.

Activités annexes :

Rédiger les avenants contractuels si nécessaire.

Participer aux analyses budgétaires.

  • Assister aux réunions avec les sous-traitants.
  • Contribuer aux groupes de travail «?Kaizen?».
  • Réaliser des relevés de façade.
  • Bachelier en construction, master ou ingénieur, ou expérience équivalente comme conducteur de chantiers (accessible à un projet junior)

Lecture de plans architecturaux.

Compréhension des détails de pose.

  • Prise de mesures techniques.
  • Compétences informatiques

: suite Office (Excel – bases)., Outlook, AutoCAD (formation possible).

  • Compétences linguistiques

: français, anglais requis, néerlandais selon les besoins.

  • Capacité d'analyse et de traitement de l'information.
  • Esprit d'équipe.

Planification & organisation.

  • Empathie et sens du relationnel (clients, sous-traitants, ouvriers, etc.).
