Bij Broersma BV krijg je de ruimte om complexere berekeningen te maken, projecten van A tot Z te begeleiden en jouw technische expertise te laten gelden in uitdagende utiliteits- en woningbouwprojecten. Wat ga je doen? In deze rol ben je de technische spil van je eigen projecten. Je werkt zelfstandig aan constructieve ontwerpen voor de woning- en utiliteitsbouw en bent verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van je eigen berekeningen. - Bezoeken van de projectlocatie om de bestaande situatie vooraf nauwkeurig in kaart te brengen als fundament voor je ontwerp. - Verzorgen van de volledige projectvoorbereiding, waarbij je offertes opstelt en realistische tijdsplanningen maakt. - Opstellen van de constructieve ontwerpen en berekeningen voor diverse projecten in beton, staal en hout. - Samenwerken met onze Revit-modelleurs om jouw constructieve keuzes te vertalen naar een hoogwaardig technisch tekenpakket. - Fungeren als technisch expert en sparringpartner voor architecten, aannemers en collega's gedurende het gehele proces. - Controleren van de uitvoering op de bouwplaats om te waarborgen dat de constructie volgens jouw berekeningen en tekeningen wordt gerealiseerd. Wij vragen Wat verwachten wij? Je hebt al een aantal jaren gewerkt als constructeur en je bent klaar om meer verantwoordelijkheid te dragen. - Een afgeronde opleiding HBO Civiele Techniek of TU Structural Engineering. - >2 jaar werkervaring als constructeur (ervaring met Eurocodes en relevante software is een must). - Een scherp oog voor detail en het vermogen om technisch complexe zaken simpel uit te leggen. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift.
